What You'll Contribute

As a vital member of our team, you will enhance dining experiences through the following responsibilities:

• Artistry in Cooking: Prepare food items with precision in accordance with server orders.
• Commitment to Quality: Ensure food safety by properly dating, rotating, and storing perishables in a hygienic environment.
• Organization and Preparation: Maintain ingredient par levels, prepping for shifts, and restocking supplies as needed.

• Maintaining Cleanliness: Uphold cleanliness standards in food prep and kitchen areas for a pristine environment.

Your Qualifications

• Experience & Skills:
  • Strong foundational skills in reading, writing, and mathematics.
  • Kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Comfort with extended periods of standing, bending, stooping, and kneeling.
  • Willingness to work near heavy equipment in high-temperature environments.
• Availability: Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
