What You’ll Be Doing
- Reviewing and balancing daily transactions, including room revenue, food & beverage sales, and cashier reports—accuracy is key!
- Preparing and transmitting daily financial reports like a pro.
- Serving as the hotel’s night-time operations expert—handling guest inquiries, assisting with reservations, and ensuring everything is in order.
- Answering phone calls, relaying messages, and providing friendly, professional service.
- Jumping in to assist with any additional duties as needed—because teamwork makes the dream work!
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and basic math, reading, and writing skills.
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to interact with guests, stay organized, and handle multiple tasks with ease.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- 1-3 months of related experience or training—hospitality experience is required!
