Join Our Night Owl Team! Overnight Lobby Attendant Opportunity for Energetic Team Players Ready to Grow!
Compensation: Up to $17.00 per hour
As an Overnight Lobby Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience within our hotel’s public spaces during late-night hours. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and servicing assigned public areas, including restrooms, the lobby, public phone areas, vending areas, and other common spaces, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Monitoring the lobby and public areas to ensure a quiet and secure environment for guests.
- Assisting with noise complaints, responding professionally to disturbances, and working to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that children are not left unaccompanied by an adult during late-night hours to maintain safety and guest comfort.
- Reporting any necessary repairs, maintenance issues, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Monitoring and controlling supplies and amenities while minimizing waste.
- Assisting with deep-cleaning projects and performing other assigned duties as needed.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills are required. Some experience in housekeeping or laundry is preferred.
- Must be able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Must be able to stand, move around, bend, stoop, and kneel frequently.
- Comfortable working in areas with high temperatures and around heavy equipment.
- Less than high school education or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
