Lead FOH Supervisor

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Lead FOH Supervisor to join our team. This full-time position off ers a starting salary of $20/hr and requires open availability to support our dynamic restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities

As the Lead FOH Supervisor, you will:

Oversee daily operations of the front of house (FOH) to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests.

Ensure cleanliness behind the bar and all FOH areas.

Supervise the dining room and bar staff to maintain high service standards.

Conduct monthly bar inventory and monitor liquor costs effectively.

Design and update the cocktail menu, ensuring creativity and quality in offerings.

Track invoices and ensure accurate record-keeping for all bar-related transactions.

Provide hands-on leadership and support to the FOH team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Extensive bar experience: Demonstrated expertise in bar management and operations.

Supervisory experience: Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a restaurant setting.

Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours a day.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as this role requires open availability.

Work Schedule

This full-time position requires a commitment of 40-45 hours per week, with the flexibility to accommodate the restaurant's needs.
