What You’ll Do
As a Laundry Attendant at The Campbell House Lexington, you’ll be a vital part of our operations, ensuring our guests experience the luxury of perfectly fresh linens and towels. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating washers, dryers, and folding equipment to clean and process linens, towels, and uniforms efficiently.
- Inspecting all items for stains, tears, or damage and treating them to maintain our high-quality standards.
- Organizing and stocking linens for quick and easy access by the housekeeping team.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the laundry area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Collaborating with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Specific qualifications include:
- Previous experience in laundry services, preferably in a hotel or similar setting.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull laundry carts and loads up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to uphold our quality standards.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
