Your Role
As Director of Human Resources, you’ll report directly to the Managing Director and serve as a strategic partner to General Managers across the property. You’ll lead recruiting initiatives, oversee performance management, and ensure compliance with all HR policies and practices.
Your Day-to-Day
Support General Managers with HR needs and recruiting
Oversee training, compliance, and employee development programs
Partner with the centralized Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TACOE)
Manage personnel files and employment verifications
Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws
Oversee Workers’ Compensation claims and leave administration
Assist with onboarding, payroll, and time-off management
What You Bring
5+ years of HR leadership experience
Hotel HR leadership experience required
Experience in a full-service hotel environment strongly preferred
Operational hotel management experience, a plus
SPHR/PHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification, highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
You’re a proactive leader, an excellent communicator, and a strategic thinker. You know labor laws, benefit administration, and how to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
