Your Role

As Director of Human Resources, you’ll report directly to the Managing Director and serve as a strategic partner to General Managers across the property. You’ll lead recruiting initiatives, oversee performance management, and ensure compliance with all HR policies and practices.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Support General Managers with HR needs and recruiting

  • Oversee training, compliance, and employee development programs

  • Partner with the centralized Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TACOE)

  • Manage personnel files and employment verifications

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws

  • Oversee Workers’ Compensation claims and leave administration

  • Assist with onboarding, payroll, and time-off management

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of HR leadership experience

  • Hotel HR leadership experience required

  • Experience in a full-service hotel environment strongly preferred

  • Operational hotel management experience, a plus

  • SPHR/PHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification, highly preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree required

You’re a proactive leader, an excellent communicator, and a strategic thinker. You know labor laws, benefit administration, and how to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
