If you are a seasoned leader in food and beverage, capable of motivating and guiding your team towards achieving outstanding results in guest service, product quality, and financial success, then this role is perfect for you.
Your Role
As Director of Food and Beverage, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage production and service at our property, following the direction of hotel and company leadership. You will serve as a strategic partner, advocating for excellence and inspiring the food & beverage team to reach their full potential. Supervising all food and beverage outlets, you will ensure a culture of professional and personable service, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
What We Require
We are looking for someone with a four-year degree or equivalent experience, along with at least five years in a leadership role in a comparable hotel setting. Strong leadership skills are a must, as well as the ability to motivate and develop others to achieve success.
