Who Should Apply?
Experienced drivers with a clean record, a passion for guest service, and pride in their work.
What You’ll Do:
- Safely operate the hotel shuttle on scheduled routes and by guest request.
- Provide courteous, friendly and professional service to all guests.
- Maintain a clean, fueled, and well maintained vehicle at all times.
- Perform daily pre and post trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel usage and maintenance needs.
- Communicate effectively with front desk or dispatch to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Remain informed about local area points of interest, directors and hotel services to assist guests.
- Adhere Strictly To Traffic And Safety Regulations And Company Policies.
Requirements:
- Clean DMV record and Class B Driver’s License (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical duties for extended periods.
- Friendly, proactive attitude with excellent guest service skills.
