PURPOSE
This position is responsible for managing the systems and supporting the users on the various software as service technology platforms that HVMG leverages.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS

- Time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks and urgent issues
- Documentation skills for maintaining system records and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure during system outages or emergencies
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary administrator for key business systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, Profitsword, Hotel Effectiveness, Expensify, & SharePoint), ensuring system reliability and optimal performance
- Provide user support and training for business applications, resolving functional and technical issues in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with configuration and maintenance of workflows, custom fields, reports, and dashboards to support business needs and increase operational efficiency.
- Assist with the planning, testing, and deployment of system updates, enhancements, and new software implementations.
- Assist with process documentation and maintenance of systems resources (Ie. Diagrams, written processes, ect.)
- Coordinate with vendors or third-party consultants to troubleshoot issues, apply updates, and manage support cases.
- Analyze system usage and performance metrics to identify areas for automation, optimization, or process streamlining.
- Support third-party partners, auditors, or compliance teams by providing system access, documentation, and data extracts as needed for audits, regulatory reviews, or security assessments (e.g., Venza)
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of hands-on IT support experience
- Experience with ticketing systems and user administration for business systems
- Availability for occasional after-hours support or emergency response
