As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests, ensuring the highest standard of service. You'll lead a team dedicated to delivering top-notch dining experiences for every guest, every day. From overseeing daily food service, including cooking and food prep, to ensuring our restaurant sparkles, this is your opportunity to shine.
Be the Maestro of Profitability and Performance
With your hands on the steering wheel, you'll steer the establishment towards financial success and profitability. This includes meeting budgetary goals, setting and maintaining quality standards, and making sure our restaurant is the talk of Lexington!
Take Charge of the Team
As a leader, you'll interview, hire, and train new associates, helping them grow and succeed. You'll also manage scheduling, appraisal, and employee development, creating a positive work environment where everyone feels valued.
What We Look For
Got experience in Food & Beverage? That's a plus! Basic reading and writing skills are essential. And the ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays is part of the gig. If you are agile and able to lift and move up to 25 pounds, frequently stand and move around, handle objects and equipment, work in high temperatures, bend, stoop and kneel, then you're our kind of people!
Education & Experience
An Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is needed. And if you've worked two to three years in a related role, you're already ahead of the pack.
