What you will be doing
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and inspire a dynamic front office team to exceed performance goals.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and staffing to optimize department efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to create seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front office management or supervisory role in a hotel/resort setting.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-first mindset.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS knowledge preferred).
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
