Opportunity for an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join an Innovative & Excellent company!
Sheraton Suites is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping department and ensure a pristine, welcoming environment for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence, we want you on our team!
What you will be doing
- Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage, train, and develop the housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness meets brand standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, optimizing costs and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments, including maintenance and front office, to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Uphold health and safety regulations, including compliance with sanitation guidelines.
- Develop and manage the department budget, controlling costs without compromising quality.
- Implement and maintain effective policies and procedures to ensure the efficient running of housekeeping operations.

Education & Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices, inventory control, and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
