What You'll Do
As a valued member of our culinary team, your role will be to bring our delicious culinary dishes to life! You'll carefully and safely prepare food according to direction and as ordered by our servers. In addition to cooking, you'll also help maintain a safe and welcoming kitchen environment by performing general cleaning and maintenance of food and beverage prep areas.
- Prepare designated culinary dishes to perfection
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Ensure food safety by properly dating and rotating food containers
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment
What We're Looking For
We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. While some kitchen experience is preferred, we're open to training the right person who is eager to grow in their culinary career. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. Physical stamina is important, as this job does require regularly lifting and moving up to 50 pounds, as well as working in areas of high temperatures around heavy equipment.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
