Are you a skilled and experienced professional looking to take the next step in your career? Marriott Winston-Salem in Winston Salem, NC is seeking a Banquet Manager to oversee food and beverage operations during hotel functions.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise food and beverage service to ensure quality and guest satisfaction
- Plan, organize, and execute all banquet functions
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in high temperature areas
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
Education & Experience:
- Four-year college or university program certificate, or equivalent experience
- Two to four years related experience and/or training
