What You’ll Do
As our Bartender, you’ll bring energy and creativity to every shift, ensuring our guests have a great time while enjoying exceptional drinks. Your day-to-day will include:
- Welcoming Guests: Greet every guest with a smile within 30 seconds of their arrival.
- Crafting Drinks: Mix and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Taking Orders: Quickly and accurately take orders from guests or servers, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Handling Transactions: Process payments immediately and keep the register balanced.
- Keeping It Fresh: Stock the bar with liquors, garnishes, and supplies while keeping the display Instagram-worthy.
- Snack Duty: Replenish bar snacks and Happy Hour treats to keep guests satisfied.
- Clean & Clear: Maintain a tidy, organized, and inviting bar area.
- Upselling: Recommend food pairings and specials to elevate the guest experience.
- Problem-Solving Pro: Be the go-to person for resolving guest concerns, always aiming to leave a positive impression.
- Stay Informed: Know the ins and outs of our services and local hotspots to assist guests with questions.
