Responsibilities
As a Banquet Captain at Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Augustine, you will be in charge of overseeing the set-up and break down of food and beverage operations during hotel functions. Your role will involve supervising food and beverage service to ensure top-notch quality. You will assist in planning and executing various banquet functions, ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt response to requests. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals with basic reading, writing, and math skills. Previous experience in laundry is preferred. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in high-temperature environments is essential.
Education & Experience
Completion of a four-year college or university program or equivalent education and experience is preferred. Two to four years of related experience and/or training is desired.
