What you will be doing

• In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting one or more Regional Controllers with financial operations, ensuring accuracy and organization in our accounting system.
• Your daily tasks will include:
  • Reconciling assigned monthly bank account and balance sheet accounts for any assigned ledger accounts/properties.
  • Researching any accounting entries or results that appear inaccurate or that create a significant variance. 
  • Reviewing Credit Card and Bank Fees. 
  • Review and process A/P. 
• Additional Responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing Operational Tax Returns for assigned portfolio of hotels. 
  • Assisting with Monthly Financial Statement Preparation.
• You will report to the Regional Controller.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Degree from a two or four year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience with a concentration in Accounting, Highly Preferred. 
• Experience with Sage Intacct, Plate IQ, or similar Accounting and A/P Systems, Highly Preferred. 
• 1-2 Years of relevant experience, preferably in the Hospitality Industry, Required.
