What you'll be doing
As part of our team, you'll create an unforgettable experience for our guests. Whether it's welcoming them with exceptional service in person or over the phone, or ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, your friendly and timely assistance will leave a lasting impression.
Requirements
We're looking for someone with basic reading, writing, and math skills. You should be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed. The ability to communicate effectively and engage with our guests is a must. This role involves interacting with guests, using your hands and fingers to handle objects and controls, and being on your feet for extended periods of time.
Education & Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. If you have one to three months of related experience and/or training, that's a plus but not required - we're more interested in your positive attitude and willingness to learn!
