What to Expect in this Role
As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the front office staff. This includes scheduling, planning, and communicating departmental strategies and goals. You will also conduct routine inspections of the front office and public areas to ensure a welcoming environment for our guests. Additionally, you will assist in maximizing hotel revenue generation and serve as a manager on duty when needed.
What We Look For
We are seeking someone with basic reading, writing, and math skills who is willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. The ability to effectively communicate with guests is essential, along with physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with one to two years of related experience and/or training.
