What You’ll DoLead all aspects of Sales & Conference Services, including Marketing, Catering, and Revenue Strategy
Design and execute a data-driven sales and marketing plan that maximizes every revenue stream
Take direct ownership of key accounts and market segments to drive new business
Represent the hotel in the community and industry to grow brand awareness and build relationships
Manage a high-performing team—recruiting, developing, and motivating sales talent
Report directly to the General Manager and collaborate across departments to align strategies
Experience & Education:
Minimum 5 years leading a hotel sales team, with measurable success in group, corporate, and social business
Preferred: Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
Experience with Marriott systems and standards preferred
Background in selling full-service hotels (250+ keys and 15,000+ sq ft of event space highly desired)
Leadership & Business Acumen:
Proven ability to lead teams through change and motivate individuals toward shared goals
Strong understanding of the Atlanta market and the ability to cultivate local partnerships
Expertise in revenue management, pricing, positioning, and strategic sales planning
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Comfortable using data and analytics to inform decisions and refine strategies
Marketing & Tech Savvy:
Experience managing digital and social media campaigns that drive ROI
Knowledge of sales and CRM systems, with the ability to analyze and act on performance data
Creative mindset for crafting compelling marketing and advertising strategies
