Who We're Looking For

We’re searching for a bold and passionate Director of Sales & Marketing to amplify our message, drive performance, and build authentic connections in the heart of Atlanta. This isn’t just sales—it’s storytelling, strategy, and swagger. You’ll lead by example, keep your finger on the pulse of the industry, and guide your team in delivering next-level results while surprising and delighting guests and clients at every turn.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the Sales & Conference Services department with purpose and passion.

  • Leverage your expertise in Hotel Sales, Marketing, Catering, and Revenue Management to grow business across all revenue streams.

  • Take ownership of designated market segments and develop strategies that connect with today’s travelers and event planners.

  • Design and execute an innovative, relevant marketing plan that adapts to evolving trends and conditions.

  • Sell and promote REVERB’s event and meeting space with flair, ensuring seamless execution from pitch to party.

  • Partner with the General Manager to align strategy and culture at every level.

What You Bring:

Sales & Marketing Savvy:

  • Proven success in building and leading profitable, on-brand marketing and sales programs.

  • Experience launching and managing engaging hotel social media campaigns.

  • Ability to lead data-driven strategies, adjust to market trends, and stay ahead of the curve.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and exceeding client expectations.

Leadership with Edge:

  • You lead with vision, coach with confidence, and inspire your team to reach new heights.

  • Strong communicator with a gift for motivating and aligning people around a common goal.

  • Able to drive a culture of collaboration, hustle, and positivity.

  • Skilled at training and developing rising talent across roles.

Business & Cultural Fluency:

  • In-depth knowledge of the Atlanta market and local scene.

  • Active in the community with a network that drives leads and credibility.

  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organization skills.

  • Expertise in pricing, positioning, and revenue strategies that deliver results.

  • Ability to balance the needs of clients, ownership, and the hotel while maintaining the soul of the brand.

Your Background:
  • Required: 5+ years in hotel sales leadership with a strong track record of revenue growth, group business sourcing, social media strategy, and team development.

  • Preferred: BA/BS or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field.

  • Strong presence in industry networks and sales organizations.

  • Proficiency in hotel sales systems and CRM tools.

Located downtown next to Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the hotel combines affordability with cool, connecting travelers through music, local culture and events.
