Your Role in Creating Memorable Experiences
As a valued member of our front desk team, you will be instrumental in ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional stay. Your responsibilities will include warmly welcoming and assisting guests both in person and over the phone. You will also ensure efficient check-ins and check-outs, always providing friendly and timely service.
Requirements for Success
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with guests
- Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to handle objects, tools, and controls
- Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience and training in a related field preferred
