Your Role in the Kitchen
Be a key player in leading our Culinary team and bringing our signature dishes to life! Maintain a clean, welcoming kitchen environment by performing general cleaning and upkeep tasks. Ensure food safety by properly storing perishables, dating and rotating food containers, and maintaining a sanitary workspace. Collaborate on menu planning, utilizing surplus food and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Estimate food consumption and order supplies
- Review menu pricing and costs
- Supervise kitchen staff for efficient food production
- Ensure food is prepared to standards
- Create new dishes and recipes
- Enforce sanitation and nutrition guidelines
Your Profile
We are looking for candidates with basic reading, writing, and math skills, and some kitchen experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, work in high-temperature areas, and bend and kneel as needed. High school diploma or equivalent required, with some related experience or training.
