What you will be doing
- Event Organization: Plan and organize all private dining events, ensuring each occasion is executed flawlessly and meets the highest standards of service and hospitality.
- Business Development: Actively work to expand the private dining and lunch business by developing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Client Relations: Respond promptly to inquiries received via the info@butcherandbull.com email address, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their expectations are exceeded.
- Culinary Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop enticing private dining offerings that appeal to guests and align with current culinary trends.
- Strategic Meetings: Attend resume meetings to stay informed about in-house groups, leveraging this information to promote the restaurant's private dining services.
- Communication: Prepare a private dining itinerary for bi-weekly Food & Beverage leadership meetings, keeping the supervisory team updated on upcoming events.
- Supervision: Oversee front-of-house operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring a seamless dining experience for all guests."
Requirements
Requirements include basic reading, writing and Food & Beverage experience preferred. You may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. This job requires ability to perform the following:regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently standing up and moving about the work area, frequently handling objects and equipment to maintain the facility, frequently bending, stooping and kneeling, frequently working in areas of high temperatures around heavy equipment.Education & ExperienceAssociates Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Two to three years related experience and/or training.
