What You’ll Be Doing
As a Front Desk Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding guest experiences. Your day will include:
✨ Leading & Inspiring: Motivate the front desk team to deliver top-tier service.
✨ Training & Development: Teach new associates the ropes and help them shine.
✨ Guest Relations: Be the go-to person for guest needs, inquiries, and special requests.
✨ Problem-Solving: Handle issues with professionalism and turn challenges into positive experiences.
✨ Keeping Things Running: Manage shift transitions, oversee opening/closing duties, and ensure smooth daily operations.
✨ Creating WOW Moments: Go above and beyond to make each stay memorable.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
✔ Positive energy and a passion for hospitality.
✔ At least 1-2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or similar role.
✔ Great communication & problem-solving skills—you love making things right!
✔ Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
✔ Physical stamina to be on your feet, engage with guests, and lift up to 10 pounds when needed.
✔ A hospitality-related degree? Awesome, but experience works too!
