What You'll Do:
- Lead Culinary Operations: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food production, quality control, and team management.
- Drive Culinary Excellence: Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and local flavors. Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Foster a High-Performing Team: Lead, mentor, and motivate a talented culinary team, providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Maintain High Standards: Ensure strict adherence to all safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations.
- Contribute to Business Success: Assist in budget management, cost control, and inventory management to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the Director of Food and Beverage and other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a comparable hotel environment.
- Banquet/Catering Expertise: Proven experience in planning and executing successful banquets and catering events.
- Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to effectively lead, motivate, and communicate with your team.
- Passion for Culinary Excellence: A deep passion for food, a commitment to quality, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
