What You’ll Be Doing:
As a PM Line Cook, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, crafting culinary creations that leave a lasting impression. Your key responsibilities include:
- Culinary Excellence: Prepare and cook designated menu items to perfection, following directions and guest preferences.
- Kitchen Care: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by performing general cleaning and upkeep of prep areas.
- Food Safety First: Ensure all food is stored, dated, and rotated properly to meet safety standards.
- Stock & Prep: Check par levels for your shift, prepare ingredients, and note items that need replenishment.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for passionate, dependable individuals with a commitment to quality and teamwork. Here’s what you’ll need:
- Skills: Basic reading, writing, and math. Prior kitchen experience is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in high-temperature areas around heavy equipment.
- Availability: Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
