What you will be doing

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a dynamic front office team to exceed performance goals.
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and staffing to optimize department efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to enhance profitability.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front office management or supervisory role in a hotel/resort setting.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS knowledge preferred).
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
