What You'll Do

As our Bartender/Mixologist, you'll:

• Provide excellent service by greeting and attending to guests' needs in a friendly and efficient manner
• Mix and garnish beverages according to our high standards
• Showcase your knowledge of our menu, promotions, and specials
• Take food and beverage orders and accurately input them into our point-of-sale system
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations when serving alcoholic beverages
• Process payments, handle money, and manage gift certificates and vouchers
• Maintain and stock the bar, ensuring we always have a selection of beer, wine, spirits, and other essentials
• Monitor cleanliness and sanitation in the bar area, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests
• Assist with other duties or projects as needed

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Some experience as a mixologist to show off your skills
• Availability to work evening shifts, weekends, and/or holidays
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods
• A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment
