What you will be doing

  •  At Your Agents in the Communication Center will be the heartbeat for the hotel and is responsible for processing incoming and outgoing communications courteously, while maintaining a positive and professional image. Also responsible for receiving all guest requests and entering them into our Guest Request Database.
  • Answer and process all incoming/outgoing guest and in-house calls.
  • Check bulletin board and logbooks for all pertinent information.
  • Forward messages and faxes as needed to guests and various departments.
  • Responsible for radio communications between security, engineering,  and MOD in emergency and non-emergency situations.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
  • Must be able to converse in Basic English.
  • Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Must meet grooming standards.
  • Meet/exceed customer expectations.
  • Computer experience required.
  • Enter requests into the database and follow up with guests to ensure the request is satisfied.
  • Must be comfortable working on-site
