What you will be doing

You will help to create a an Excellent  and memorable stay for our guests by; Welcoming and serving each guest with exceptional service either in person or by phone and ensuring that guests are checked in and out in a friendly and timely manner.

Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Booking overnight accommodations
  • Correspond with potential customers providing any requested information concerning bids, proposals, contracts (with proper approvals from AGM/ASE/GM), rooming lists, payment, making room reservations including sending confirmation and other related reservation information, thank you letters, follow up letters, etc.  In conjunction with AGM & ASE, maintain accurate and up to date records of all sales department functions and transactions.
  • Conduct hotel tours and entertain qualified potential clients in accordance with the company and property policies.
  • Coordinate and assist with room setup, food/beverage, AV, and any other item(s) needed for booked events
  • Assist the ASE in the research and development of any annual business or marketing plans directly related to their market segments or territories.
  • Prepare Sales Kits and other collateral to be used for any client requests
  • Perform other services and duties as requested by the AGM, Area Sales Executive or General Manager. 


Requirements include basic reading, writing and math skills. May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. This job requires ability to perform the following:regularly required to talk , hear and interact with guests. Frequently is required to use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Occasionally required to walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.

One to three months in related experience and/or training.
