Looking for a Front Office Manager to lead and inspire EXCELLENCE! Must be a hands on manager! This job requires prior experience with Hilton systems including OnQ .

Summary

Lead front office activities of hotel and proactively look for opportunities to create memorable experiences for our guests! Responsible for driving excellent guest service results and assisting guests with aspects of their stay, reservation and room assignment activities including various requests and inquiries. Ensure supervisors and team members are provided training, support and tools to take care of our guests.

This job requires prior experience with Hilton systems including OnQ .

Experience Hilton, hotel front desk agent with 1 to 3 months working at a Hilton branded hotel in OnQ.

Career Overview

  • Hands on approach to leading the Guest Services team
  • Maintains staffing levels of the department. 
  • Maintains supplies and inventory controls for the Front Office and Pantry.
  • Assigns duties and shifts to team members and observes performances to ensure adherence to hotel policies and established operating procedures.
  • Partners with other department leaders to ensure coordination of activities.
  • Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services.
  • May be required at any time to assume the job duties of the Front Desk Clerk or any other position which is directly supervised by this position.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervises 5 to 10 employees in the Front Office. 
  • Interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Requirements

  • One to two years related experience and/or training with a minimum of six months experience as a Front Office Supervisor.
  • Outstanding track record improving guest service scores.
  • Previous Hilton's brand experience preferred.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • This job requires prior experience with Hilton systems including OnQ .

Hours

  • Must be available to work a variety of shifts to include nights, weekends and holidays.
