Keep property clean and in good condition at all times.
Positive attitude and focus on providing Excellent Guest Experience at all times.
When coming in contact with a customer, acknowledgement and a pleasant greeting is given at all times.
Empty trash containers throughout property twice/day and as needed.
Parking Lot and Grounds will be patrolled on a continuous basis throughout the day.
Pool chemical testing must be completed a minimum of once a day.
Cleans hallway carpets/floors weekly.
Cleans guestroom carpets as needed/quarterly.
Performs basic Preventative Maintenance tasks including, but not limited to:
Paint touch up.
Light bulb replacement.
PTAC filter cleaning.
Proper uniform and name tag worn at all times.
