What you will be doing

In this role, you will be expected to deliver outstanding guest service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;  assist guests with luggage, offer information pertaining to available services and facilities within the hotel, points of interests and entertainment attractions.  Transporting guests to and from the airport as well as within a 5 mile radius of the hotel.  Clean and vacuum inside vans a minimum of once a day.  Assist with keeping the perimeter of the hotel neat and tidy (emptying trash containers, cleaning up cigarette debris, etc.).


Requirements include basic reading, writing and math skills. May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. This job requires ability to perform the following:regularly required to talk , hear and interact with guests. Frequently is required to stand and use hands to, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Occasionally required to walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.  Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.

Education & Experience

One to two years in related experience and/or training.
