DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Steward provides Chefs, Line Cooks and Food Servers with clean cooking utensils and serviceware for the guests' dining experience as well as performing general and routine cleaning tasks.
- On a continuous basis clean kitchen including sweeping, mopping, discarding of all trash and boxes.
- Wash all dishes including utencils, pots and pans
- Maintain a clean work environment in potwasher area.
- Maintain clean walk-in coolers.
- Assists in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation.
- Assist in other duties and projects as assigned by manager.
Operate dish washing machine, Dishwasher handling, Floor maintenance
Ability to comprehend simple instructions
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Must be flexible and able to work nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
Must be physically able to lift up 50 lbs.
