We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic, energetic individual to help us take the culinary level of our restaurant to higher standards. This person must be a leader, take ownership of the culinary department and work with our associates effectively and productively.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in restaurants 
  • Knowledge of banquets is a must
  • Must possess an excellent palate, be detail oriented, able to maintain consistency, able to manage multiple responsibilities, organization, accuracy and control in a high volume environment
  • Must have a positive/pleasant attitude, be self motivated, enthusiastic and creative
  • Able to work any shift to include holidays and weekend
  • Treats people fairly, with dignity and respect
  • Works to meet goals in a manner that does not disadvantage other employees or groups
  • Demonstrates business ethics and personal integrity, i.e., is widely trusted; is seen as a direct, truthful individual.
